Sherry St. Petery

I fully support FEMEA, FMEA and the mission of these organizations. I have actively been a member of FMEA from the beginning of my music teaching career as a member of FBA, while teaching middle school, and FEMEA, as I began teaching elementary school music. I joined the organizations to unite with other music teachers and to have the support of the organizations. It would be a privilege to have the opportunity to assist in uniting teachers and continuing to improve these connections. With my experience at the two levels of music education I have enjoyed great camaraderie among many music educators, and I see the need for connection with each other to benefit the high quality and comprehensive music education of all children.
