The "Sign Participant Contract" will send you to a new page. Click Minor, because your minor child is participating. The contract is not required for the chaperone. Once you have signed, return to this tab,(on a phone click the bottom of the browser screen to access open tabs) click the Go to Checkout button, and proceed to payment
